What if i told you i could help people solve mood, energy, and depression? What if you could help people solve many of these issues while also helping to improve yourself?? Well, it's true, and much more simple than you'd think! Read on!
It's called trials (as in, you're going to try something new), and they are meant for people to experience life without distractions and to develop a sense of greater responsibility, opportunities.
Rules
1. You can have a phone, but only use it to call and text for essential things. You can’t play video games or watch on your iPad!!
2. You have responsibilities such as cleaning up after yourself, taking care of yourself, and organizing your Life more...
3. Limit TV time and phone time!! Walk around outside every day for at least 30 minutes. The more, the better!
4. If you're angry or nasty about the rules, the trials are working!! It's also a test for survival. You can do it!
5. You can’t harm or hurt anyone, but you can and should offer sincere compliments to people around you and in your life.
6. Consider spending your time with parents, kids, or friends!! Socialize more!
7. The outcome of trials is fantastic. Remember to take care of yourself and do what you like that’s not on tech!
8. Cook your breakfast every morning! And prepare lunch for yourself! Keep your area at home or work clean and neat.
9. Optional: Offer a reward, like $150 or something, and sign a contract or agreement ( to keep this going and maybe even complete it with other family members).
