Create a backstory for each objective.
+2 points for narrative creativity.
Reality Points / Progress Tracking:
Keep a log of points per session.
Level up after accumulating 20 points: unlock a new mode or creative twist.
Origin Awareness:
Before each cycle, recall where your energy comes from (safe parent, nature, self).
Say it aloud or mentally: “I am moving from my origin.”
+1 point for awareness connection.
GDP Mapping: ENABLE → Department; SELECT MODE → Program; ACQUIRE TARGET → SCR; EXECUTE → Process; COMMUNICATE → Production.
SCR Integration: Search & Count during Acquire Target; Reach = moving to the objective.
GFM Integration: Each target is a “file” to process — filing intentions and sensory feedback in the brain.
Pan-Determinism: You are actively creating your reality in every cycle.
Frequency: 1–2 cycles per day, outdoors if possible.
Duration: 5–15 minutes per cycle (finite, not obsessive).
Tracking: Record points, creative moves, and origin connection each day.
