These are Sparks Fire drills to do in life to gain much better health mentally and spirituality.
This is recommended to do outside.
STEP 1: ENABLE Check if you are enabled enough to move.
STEP 2: SELECT MODE Choose one: Walk / Run / Sprint / Crawl / Dance / Crouch.
STEP 3: ACQUIRE TARGET Look at the OBJECTIVE (Pointed to by Therapist or chosen by Self).
STEP 4: EXECUTE WITH INTENTION Move to the target.
Crucial: Every step must be intentional. Do not auto-pilot. “I am placing my foot here. I am rolling now.”
STEP 5: COMMUNICATE Upon arrival, you MUST physically touch the objective (Tree, Rock, Grass, Wall).
Say/Think: “I am here.” and know your intention
S - C - R, Check in grounding. / Very advanced.
This is recommended to do outside. Do this before the other drill if needed.
Step 1: Look at the state of anything a tree or bracne or thought or a block or feeling.
Step 2: Then look at reality this means just observe and be in the present time and Just understand it.
Step 3: Now after Step-2 if done correctly. Now know what condition is the function based on reality.
Step 4: Observe something physical and touch it.
Step 5: then repeat.
This is for mental optimization.
