Responsibility Requires Certainty
Rule 1: You cannot take responsibility for a position you don’t fully understand. You must be "sure" of a position before you can truly own the responsibilities attached to it.
2. Self-Regard and Respect
Rule 2: Respect is a two-way street. If you have no "regard for self" (self-respect or self-awareness), it is impossible to show fair or genuine respect to others.
3. Ability Precedes Position
Rule 3: A "position" should never be viewed as power. It is strictly a container for responsibility, and you should only occupy that position after you have gained the actual ability to handle it.
4. Fate vs. Earned Position
Rule 4: This addresses your previous question. It states that "regard" (consciousness or the self) has no predetermined fate or "destined" spot. You do not "know" or belong to any position until you have actually gained it through your actions and growth.
5. Respect as the Foundation
Rule 5: You cannot fulfill your responsibilities just by "relying on regard" (passive observation or self-interest). Instead, you must have respect for regard—treating the act of being aware and responsible as a sacred duty. This respect is what keeps positions and roles "fair" for everyone.
